As you many of you know the Boardwalk Garden in Coney Island is in a fight to retain its land.
It represents but one of a handful of gardens and open spaces that are in distress.
On Wednesday December 4, 2013 there will be a hearing at the City Planning Commission to rule on whether this garden will be lost.
Please join us and other gardeners at the City Planning Commission hearing at 22 Reade Street, between Broadway & Lafayette Street in Manhattan at 10am to express your outrage over the City’s proposed action to remove a garden of 16 years.
