Background on the case here.
Enough of gentrification, displacement & ecological destruction of our community!
In the latest run-up to our date in court involving the introduction of new evidence and the subsequent arguments back and forth as to what is admissible in court, the "behind the scenes" legal battle with the City's lawyers has been nothing short of a politely fierce "knock down/drag out sword fight." The City's lawyers were trying very, very hard to get us not to mention certain facts in front of the judge in court. But our lawyers are very strong and have taken a strong position about how the City is contradicting itself as a result of evidence that our lawyers have uncovered and our lawyers are going forward with presenting that evidence before the judge in court.
LET’S PACK THE COURT ROOM IN SOLIDARITY WITH BOARDWALK COMMUNITY GARDEN! IF ONE GARDEN IS THREATENED, WE ARE ALL THREATENED!
