June General Meeting

Our monthly meeting will focus on endangered Harlem gardens and our continued organizing efforts. Join us in celebrating the amazing work of Chantal Gailloux, who has been a tremendous resource in digging up information about the East Harlem endangered gardens! Chantal is returning to Canada to begin the writing phase of her Ph.D. thesis on the 'Conflicting Politics of Commoning – The Democratic Practices of Community Gardens in East Harlem, NYC, in the Context of the Affordable Housing Plan.'
